But if you have not heard of a bowl cozy, here is what it is; MicroCozy is a handmade kitchen tool that can be used by everyone who eats from a bowl. Your MicroCozy is made of 100% cotton which makes it microwave safe and machine washable. It provides a comfortable and protective barrier between your hands and a hot or cold bowl. No more reaching out for an oven mitt, potholder, or kitchen towel. Bowl’s fit snuggled inside cozy and ready to microwave.
My MicroCozy is unique, they are handmade and sewn by me. I have the passion and the care to sew the cozy to the highest quality. I begin with two pieces of prewashed, 100% cotton material, each measuring 12" X 12", other cozies I have seen use material sized to a Fat Quarter, approximately 7" X 7". My cozies are made to hold 2 cups, 3 cups, or 4 cups of your microwavable food. I sew each cozy meticulously and with the best care.
